Identity

I am noticing something in this scripture. He is displaying part of her identity with his words, but that in turn also displays part of His identity.

MY SISTER: Jesus is the firstborn among many brethren. He is the son of God. We are the sons of God by adoption thru Jesus.
side note: We have been made co heirs with Christ. We are the children, with Jesus, God is the Father, and what he has belongs to Jesus and to us.

MY BRIDE: We talk about this alot. The identity of the church at the end of the age. This displays her as Bride and Him as Bridegroom.

Very beautifully, when we go from the revelation of sonship and enter into the romance of the Bride and Bridegroom, our identity as the children of God remains because we are the Bride of the son of God. So the revelation of sonship is still very key in our relationship with the Father.
Side note: We are still co-heirs with Christ. Everything the Father has belongs to Jesus and to the Bride.....and in this passage, the brother/bridegroom speaks of his full pleasure in her with both revelations of her identity.
